Delete it yourself

  1. Log in to K90.
  2. Open Profile and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Can't log in?

Email admin@k90fitness.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my K90 account.” We will verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, goals, training history, nutrition logs and meal plans, check-ins, progress photos and measurements, scores and achievements, crew and party participation, saved device identifiers for notifications, your avatar choice, and your sign-in. Backups are overwritten on our provider's normal schedule. We keep nothing that identifies you afterward except where the law requires it.

If you pay for K90

Deleting your K90 account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the Google Play app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
